本產(chǎn)品主要用于各種金屬,玻璃,真空電鍍,水電鍍,電泳,陽較氧化鋁,電解板,鋁塑板,噴塑,噴粉,靜電噴漆面,烤漆面以及各種天花吊頂氧化板,鏡面板,覆膜板,輥涂板等制品的絲印及移印。
2,產(chǎn)品特性：亮光,附著力佳,快干,耐沖壓。
3,稀釋劑：用我司B-03專項(xiàng)使用稀釋劑或783開油,用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。
4,固化劑：?jiǎn)谓M份使用,也可選擇添加我司JS-10專項(xiàng)使用固化劑用于增加油墨附著力及物理化學(xué)抗性。
5,油墨調(diào)配方法：開罐先攪拌均勻,取所需量油墨稀釋到合適印刷粘度。如需添加固化劑,先加固化劑攪拌后靜置10分鐘,待油墨與固化劑完全交聯(lián)后再進(jìn)行稀釋。
6,干燥時(shí)間：常溫干燥,表干時(shí)間5-10分鐘,實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以內(nèi),80℃烘烤20分鐘可快速干燥。
7,添加固化劑后的使用時(shí)限：4-6小時(shí),過期請(qǐng)棄用,剩余油墨不可回收。

【性能檢測(cè)】
1,3M膠帶劃百格測(cè)試：高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)無脫落
2,耐沖壓測(cè)試：1mm厚鋁板180°折彎無變化。
3,耐酒精測(cè)試：用脫脂棉沾濃度99%工業(yè)酒精以500G力水平來回200次無脫色。

【注意事項(xiàng)】
1,先小量試印確認(rèn)符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。
2,做好承印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作,以促進(jìn)附著效果。
3,附著力,硬度,耐酸性,耐酒精性,耐化學(xué)品性,抗劃傷性,耐磨性等性能的檢測(cè),
需要完全固化后方可檢測(cè)。
4,未經(jīng)允許情況下,不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
5,油墨,稀釋劑使用及儲(chǔ)存時(shí)嚴(yán)禁煙火。
6,使用時(shí)注意施工場(chǎng)所的通風(fēng)狀況良好,盡量避免外表直接接觸。
